THE VILLA IS VERY SPACIOUS AND DIVIDED INTO 2 SEPARATE ACCOMMODATIONS WHICH CAN BE USED COMPLETELY INDEPENDENTLY FOR TWO FAMILIES OR AS ONE UNIT WITH THE ABILITY TO HAVE SOME PRIVACY WHEN REQUIRED.

The property benefits from central heating (radiators) throughout which is ideal for those chilly spring evenings or for those wishing a winter retreat.  The airconditioning is hot and cold and there is also a log burner in the top apartment.

The upper apartment has tiled flooring throughout and the lower apartment has tiled bathrooms and the living and bedroom area are quality laminate flooring.
