LOWER APARTMENT
This lovely kitchen is in a stunning
contemporary sleek cream gloss with granite tops, underlit kick panels to illuminate the floor and cabinet lighting, soft
close drawers and contemporary Roca tap. It is fully appointed with stainless steel accessories, appliances

The first romantic master suite has a super-king sized cream leather bed and gloss cream bedroom furniture comprising bed-side cabinets, chest and wardrobe. All accessories are leather, including the rug which is laid on insulated high quality laminate flooring. There are french doors opening onto a partially covered balcony where comfortable seating is provided in which to lounge and relax at the beginnnng or end of the day or any other time - whilst taking in that spectacular view..... and watching the sun go down into the sea over that last night cap! The En-suite to this bedroom has a 6ft circular bath where you can indulge yourself with a bottle of bubbly whilst the children are sleeping whilst taking in the wonderful views down to the sea which can be seen from the bath's elevated position through a huge arched window. Even the children can have fun here - all of them at the same time! There are 3 shower head attachments to the various showers over the bath, two round marble table top sinks and a loo and bidet. There is also a mirrored dressing table area. The flooring and wall tiles are marble design and there is underfloor heating and a heated towel rail.

NAYA At the entrance to this apartment is a lovely naya with table and chairs and a dresser, which is a sun trap for breakfast and a further view point to watch the sun go down at night and to take in the ambiance of the twinkling lights of the town and villas with their beautifully lit pools below and in the distance...........
